The apartment has a covered balcony over the entire width of the house. The floor of the balcony is covered with composite decking. Furthermore, the balcony is provided with a lockable storage. The apartment is located next to the internationally known Huis ter Duin complex. In the central hall you´ll find the elevator that brings you to the apartment on the 9th floor.

The house is furnished as a holiday home and has all amenities. Suitable for two persons and possibility for a child (up to maximum three years). The interior is tastefully furnished with luxury furniture including a comfortable leather sofa. The flat screen TV has multiple foreign channels. Also, there is a DVD player.

The kitchen is half open and cozy. You breakfast at a round table with three chairs. There is an induction hob, Nespresso machine, fridge / freezer and microwave. The washing machine is in the kitchen.

The apartment has a spacious bedroom with a delicious extra large comfortable bed and two large closets. Ironing board and iron are present. From the bedroom you have direct access to the covered balcony.

The fully tiled bathroom is compact and equipped with a bath / shower combination, a sink with storage space and a toilet. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom.

The entire apartment is centrally heated. The living room, kitchen and hall are equipped with a beautiful marble floor.

Parking: Under the building complex is a closed parking for one car. Via a transponder you get access to the garage.
