Modern, stylish and comfortable Holiday home on perfect spot. You can leave your car parked because everything is on walking distance.
Westfacing you have a 45 m2 terrace with lounge corner and dining table, where it´s very relaxing after a day out to the beach or a citytour. Plenty of space to leave your bikes or the baby buggy. The folding doors in the living room are opening onto the terrace. The living area has a very comfortable sofa and adjacent to the open kitchen with dining table. The fully equipped kitchen offers you great cooking pleasure. The decoration is bright but at the same time warm. Relax and enjoy a good movie on the 50" Flatscreen HD Smart TV mit Netflix from your sofa.

Next to the living area you will find the 2 bedrooms and the luxury bathroom. Washing machine and dryer are in a separate laundry room.

Everything is on one level, in the living and the hall natural stone tiled floors, and carpet in the bedrooms.

Both bedroom shave comfortable boxpspring beds and plenty of storage. One bedrooms has 2 single beds put together, you can separate them for single use.

The bathroom has a large shower-cabin and sink. Separate toilet room. Private (pay) parking on a 5 minutes´walk (view prices under options). San-Shine Garden is suitable for 4 adults and 1 or 2 babies (childbed and chair available, see under options) 

For larger groups:
San-Shine Apartment 3 on the second floor of the building. For 4 adfults + 1 child up to 2 years.
San-Shine Apartment 1 on the first floor of the building. For 2 adults + 1 child up to 2 years.

Youngsters: groups not permitted

Ie: no tourgroups with more than three people aged between 16 and 26 years.
