Description

This spacious and bright semi-detached house offers all possibilities for a carefree holiday. It is in perfect condition and located in a child friendly neighbourhood. Both the beach and the city centre are within a 5 minutes walk away and offers you everything you expect from a seaside city.

A day to the city? Half an hour by train and you are in Amsterdam.

On the ground floor, the house has a spacious living room with comfortable seating area. The television offers several channels. At the rear, adjoining the garden, there is a large kitchen with dining area.

Through the patio doors to the garden, you can easily enjoy your meals both inside and outside. Throughout the whole day the sun shines into the garden, which even makes a day inside feels like holiday!

On the first floor, there are two spacious bedrooms. The bathroom is fully equipped and includes a whirlpool tub, a shower and a double sink.

On the second floor there is a third, large bedroom.

There is parking space for two cars on the private property. Ideal!

Youngsters: groups not permitted

Ie: no tourgroups with more than three people aged between 16 and 26 years.
