Description

Apartment van Speijk is on the first floor of an attached house and suitable for 2 adults and 1 child (above 4 years included).

The apartment has a cosy living -/diningroom with a west-/ and eastfacing balcony.
The large diningroom faces the east balcony. There is a desk with PC in the diningroom which you may use.

The large bedroom with double bed has an eastfacing balcony. Shower and sink are in the room. There is a single bedroom for a child.

The kitchen with 4 flame gasoven has also an oven, fridge, freezer and a combi microwave. The kitchen door leads to the west facing balcony.

You can store your bicycles in the front garden.

Parking: A 3 hour free parking permissive included. In the neighborhood, 250 m distance you can find free parking. 

No children under 3 years. 1 Child above 4 years free.

Youngsters: groups not permitted

Ie: no tourgroups with more than three people aged between 16 and 26 years.
