The building has an elevator. Many beachbars (march till october) and restaurants nearby, and the supermarket, bycicle rent and fitness are at 50 m walking.

The railwaystation is a 3 minutes´walk, and within 30 minutes by train you are in the heart of Amsterdam. Schiphol airport 45 minutes by train or bus.  
Parking: pay parking on the street, and possibillity to rent a parkingplace with Booklidays nearby.
