Description

This 3-room appartment  on the 4. floor (without elevator) stands out because of its great seaview.The living is very spacious and coll in summer but in the meantime cosy with a comfortable sitting area,TV and chimney which makes it comfortable in winter too. The wooden diningtable has 6 chairs and beautiful seaview.

The appartment has a russian oak wooden floor with floorheating system. Throughout the appartment you see the good quality tast of the owner, as you can see on the slate floor in the kitchen and bathroom. More information
The Kitchen is modern and has all comfort as; fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer (see for more details: features)

The bathroom, with slate floor, has a shower and a bathtub with jacuzzi, besides the toilet and sink.

Two bedrooms: the master bedroom has a double boxspring bed and a large wardrobe.  In the second bedroom with a sofabed is enough space for an additional babybed.

Location:  The appartment is on the 4. floor, without elevator. Therefor it is not suitable for disabled or people with difficulties to climb 4 floors. In front of the livingroom there is a large balcony of 8 m2 south-west facing and another small balcony next to the kitchen. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the balcony.

Parking
Between 10am and 8pm there is payed parking. (from 8pm to 10am it is free). With the blue visitors parkingdisc you may park 3 hours for free.

Youngsters: groups not permitted

Ie: no tourgroups with more than three people aged between 16 and 26 years.
