The parking space in front of the house is for free, and you can walk from your temporary home to the beach in less than 3 minutes. The railway station is even closer, so if you want a day of shopping or culture, you can be in Haarlem in 10 minutes and in Amsterdam in 30 minutes.

Due to a lockable gate you are immediately in your own garden, where you can enjoy the sun besides all the flowers and plants.

Through the front door you enter the separate hall, where you can easily lose your beach stuff, jackets, etc.. From here you enter the studio, which is light and especially spacious. And above all: everything is new! There is infrared heating.


A roomy and comfortable living area, adjoining the garden. At the back of the room you can find a large double bed, there is even room for a vanity table and a commode.

Here you can also find the door to the bathroom with double sink, walk in shower and toilet. On the other side of the bed, you will see the large linen closet, which is used as a room divider for the kitchen.

The kitchen runs over the entire length and you can make the most delicious espressos and cappuccinos! Cooking and sleeping in the same space is no problem here because of the good air extractor-  and with good weather the open doors of course!

Furthermore: The large flat screen TV that hangs in the living room can be rotate so that you can even watch TV from your bed. That is also vacation!

Parking: You can park your car in front of the house, on your own parking space. This is free!
