Official Kite Surf Spots

It is safe to kite surf in Zandvoort. There are three places on the beach where you are allowed to go in- and out of the water.

• At the beach club Riche.
• At the beach club The Spot and Rescue Squad North.
• At the water sports association Rescue Squad South

The places are marked with signs which will be moved with high- and low tide.

Swimming

Of course swimming in the beautiful North Sea is possible and safe. Since May 2004 the Blue flag flies again at Zandvoort. This flag is the symbol for clean and safe beaches. Walking and Cycling

Zandvoort is located between the beautiful Natural Parks of South-Kennemerland and the “Amsterdamse Waterleidingduinen”. These Parks are only accessible to walkers and cyclists.
