Can I cancel for free?

During the cooling off period you can change or cancel your booking without reason and without paying any cancellation fees.

General terms and conditions cooling off period

• Did you book 28 days or more prior to arrival? Then you receive 10 days cooling off time.
• Did you book less then 28 days prior to arrival? Then you receive 2 days coolig off time.
• Bookings less as 4 days prior to arrival, receive 1 hour cooling off time.
