I do not receive an activation or confirmation e-mail. What should I do?
It may occur that the automatic e-mail sent to you during the
registration of your account or resetting of your password did not reach your
mailbox. Have you not received an e-mail after 10 minutes? Try again. Please
keep in mind the following: make sure you enter a valid e-mail address in My
Booklidays. The e-mail will be sent to this address.
Booklidays will do anything to make sure the mail is not send as
‘spam’. However, it may still end up in your spam folder. If necessary, you can
always add the following e-mail address to your list of safe addresses in your
mailbox: no-reply@homeholiday.nl
