I have already paid. Why do I receive a reminder/notice?

Payment and reminder might have crossed each other. In "My Booklidays", you can view your booking status. International Bank transfers take about 4-5 weekdays. You might have paid, but it has not yet been received on Booklidays' bank account.

Maybe we could not process the payment due to the lack of the booking- or reference number in your transfer. If you send us the copy of your transfer by mail, we can trace your payment.
