What does "Lowest price guarantee" mean?

The Homeowner ensures Booklidays that his/her holiday home will not be rented out
against more favourable (price) conditions then offered by Booklidays.  

Should you be able to let the same holiday home elsewhere against a lower price and for the same conditions (the same period, number of people, services), then Booklidays will charge you the same amount as this ‘cheaper’ party.

And you also receive a 25 EUR discount from the Contact person upon arrival.
