Very luxury villa with pool and mountain view, only 5 km from the "La Olla" beach of Altea (4 minutes by car)

This villa gives place to 6 persons, it is the last house of a cul-the -sac, where you have total privacy and peace.
 
Eventually to book with the separate studio for 2 persons, for a family or friends up to 8 persons.  More information
The owners rent out their villa from Mid-July till Mid-September, the rest of the year they live here themselves. The villa has all comfort in the 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, livingroom with large open kitchen, dining table for 6, a comfortable sofa with flatscreen TV:
You will have total privacy at the pool with mountain views.
There is a terraced garden, with quiet a few stairs.
Several terraces for breakfast, dinner, sunbathing but also shades.

The separate studio you can rent as well, if you are 8 persons. This studio is totally new build with own sunterrace and sunbeds.
