Description

This duplex appartement on the 1. floor has a southfacing balcony.

Division: 
The staircase brings you to the first level, where you find the entrance of the duplex. On the first level you find the living-/diningroom, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and balcony. In the living another staircase leads you to the bedrooms.

The bright living has a comfortable lounge area with open fireplace, where you can enjoy cozy evenins with family or friends. The dining area  has folding doors to the balcony which goes along the wideness of the apartment.
More information
The kitchen with entrance to the balkony as well, is simple but fully equiped with oven, induction cooker with 4 units, dishwasher, bridge, freezer and washing machine. The bathroom with walk-in shower has a sink and toilet.

On the second level you find a large bedroom with double bed with lounge and drawers. The second bedroom is smaller, has a double bed as well and a large wardrobe.
