Description

The owners of this comfortable apartment named it Maravista to accentuate the location; large terrace with fairytale sea view over the beach and North sea. This apartment – with elevator – on the   3th floor of the complex and is suitable for 2 to 4 adults.

Large terrace southwest facing
From the master bedroom you step out on the terrace. Here you can enjoy watching the seagulls or observe the seaside visitors – young and old – playing in the sea, surfing, and wave surf in front of the beach club “The Spot”. When the wind is strong, you may see the spectacular kite surfers as well. Due to its perfect southwest orientation you can enjoy the sun from early spring untill late fall,on its wind sheltered terrace. More information

This modest designed apartment is very bright and has a lot of personal surprises. You can feel free to make use of the books, dvd and games.

Free view on the race track
Lovers of car races can enjoy for free the races from the walk-way of the building. But for the ones who are not fan of car races, we can assure you will hardly hear the races inside of the apartment

Equipped with all comfort
In the large living room there is a dining table for 4 persons and a cozy sofa corner in front of the TV/DVD/Computer (all in one). The sea blue colored kitchen is practical and equipped with all utilities and plenty of storage. The modest bathroom has a neat shower and sink. Next door is a separate toilet room. In the ‘master bedroom’ you will find a double bed and a large wardrobe. Also the second bedroom has a large wardrobe. On the comfortable sofa bed you can rest after a long day at the beach or walk through the dunes.
