This spaclous holiday home is ideal for familie with children who can safely play in the back yard (max. 4 persons). The livingroom, decorated very warm and bright at the same time, has an open kitchen with all comfort and butterfly doors to the east facing back yard garden, where you can enjoy the early morning sun and have your breakfast.

On the first floor is the master bedroom with view to the garden and the bath room with bath and walk-in shower. A second double bed room is on the second floor. 

Youngsters: groups not permitted

Ie: no tourgroups with more than three people aged between 16 and 26 years.
