The first floor of this former transit warehouse dating from 1954 has been renovated into a large studio in the style of a dune house.

You reach the studio along a staircase to your own entrance.
This stylish studio is suitable for 2 adults.

The high sealings gives the studio its spaciousness. Very unique are the folding doors with glass panels.

The studio has a living with comfortable lounge corner, a dining table with chairs, an open kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine and a separate toilet.

The basement is used as storage room. And on the side is a walled garden with a seat and space to store bicycles.

You can park your car on own property in front of the house. Parking included.
