How do I know if my booking was successful?

After making a successful booking, you will always receive confirmation by e-mail.
NB: this e-mail may accidentally end up in your spam folder.

What follows up my final booking?

After making a booking, you can choose between a direct or later payment. You will immediately receive an e-mail to log into "My Booklidays". After payment, you will receive your voucher by e-mail. You can also find this information in "My Booklidays".

Can I book online if I want to arrive today or tomorrow?

Yes, you can even book online when you arrive today or tomorrow. An immediate payment must be made in 'My Booklidays'.
Booklidays expects from the houseowner that he/she keeps the rental calender up-to-date.

Can I take an option on a booking?

Though it is not possible to take an option, we offer our tenants a cooling-off period by default. You can cancel without cost within the applicable cooling-off period.

Does a baby under 3 years count as a person?

No. Every accommodation specifies the number of persons allowed. This is the amount of adults and children above the age of three that can stay in the accommodation. A baby under 3 years can exceed this total amount.

Are there any holiday homes accessible for people with disabilities?

On the left side of the website, you can use the filters for a refine search. Here, you can choose "Disabled".
