After payment has been completed, you will receive the voucher by e-mail with the exact address of your accommodation.

Your voucher shows how this is regulated. There are 3 options:
· The contact person will meet you at the accommodation and welcomes you personally.
· You collect the key from your contact person.

If no damage is found and the property is left tidy on departure, your deposit will be refunded.

If final cleaning is listed in the price, you do not need to clean the property yourself. Of course you need to leave the house in an appropriate state; this means broom clean, the trash and emphty bottles should be removed, dishes washed and put in place, dishwasher empty and clean.
