When do I get back my deposit payed?

If no damage is found and the property is left tidy on departure, your deposit will be refunded.

In order to receive your deposit, there are three options, all described in the specifications of the accommodation, booking confirmation and voucher.

1. Your deposit will be refunded in cash on your departure, after the inspection and approval.
2. The deposit will be refunded to your bankaccount within 2 weeks after departure (IBAN and BIC as provided by you). These information you enter in ‘My Booklidays’ and ensures your deposit is refunded to the correct account.
3. Any deposit payed by credit card, will be canceled/ refunded within 5 days after departure when there is no damage found to the property. Please note that credit card payments requiere your PIN.
