Who is liable for any damage?

The tenant is legally liable for all damage caused by him. While booking, you can optionally add a liability insurance (or already included in the price). In that case, you are insured from 25 EURO. Whether damage is covered depends on the terms & conditions of the insurance. Damage as a consequence of reckless or negligent behaviour will not be covered!

The damage will be withheld initially from the deposit.
